Our dedicated Crew Representatives are well versed in meeting and assisting mariners ensuring that all connecting flights are made, as well as advising local agents of the arrival or non arrival of joining crew members. We are geared with specialist knowledge to assist with all transit problems such as immigration, Customs and Visa clearance and lost luggage queries.
We also have vehicles available to mariners should they require transport to overnight accommodation pending delayed connecting flights or for dedicated visits to Consular offices in Pretoria from O.R. Tambo International Airport.
